Tribes Admin Application
This is the Tribe's admin application page. RTBW will host both public and private tribes. Please review the chart and the information below to determine which type of tribe will be the best fit for you. Please note that ALL Tribes must follow the base RTBW site rules. Any Tribe not doing so will be subject to closure with no additional notice.

Public Tribes will be open for all site members to join. Members will only be eligible to be removed if they violate site rules. Public Tribes will require a minimum of 3 admin and all admin must work together on scanning posts, creating tribe events or contests, and encouraging the tribe with inventive posts to keep members engaged. All public tribes will be governed by RTBW standard rules only, admin may not create or institute additional rules. Public groups are created by RTBW and require no creation or set up fees.
Private Tribes will be member owned tribes. Owners/Admin will be able to create membership questions and may approve or deny membership based on their own criteria as long as the criteria does not violate RTBW standard rules. Owners/Admin may remove members at their discretion for tribe rules violation or unruly behavior. Private tribes will require a minimum of 2 admin. It is important that no tribe has only one admin as RTBW is about connection and community. Private Tribes may create and maintain their own rules and procedures beyond the standard RTBW rules. No rules or procedures can be in conflict with the standard RTBW rules. All owners/admin must work together on scanning posts, creating tribe events or contests, and encouraging the tribe with inventive posts to keep members engaged. As well as any other agreed upon admin responsibilities. Private tribes will require a one time creation/set up fee which will be paid once the application for the Tribe is reviewed and approved. Additionally, an annual renewal fee.

Tribes Guidelines
A successful community is an organized community. In an effort to maintain an atmosphere where our members can easily find and join the tribes that interest them we have set up the following guidelines.
1. There will be only one public tribe and one private tribe per topic however we will allow tribes that are more specific on the same topic. If you choose a theme that is more specific it will be your responsibility to keep the tribe conversation and activity on your specified topic.
For example: If there is a "John Cena Fans" tribe we will not allow any other John Cena tribes unless they are more specific such as "John Cena - Dr. of Thuganomics" or just "Dr. of Thuganomics"
2. Members may be the admin in a total of 2 different tribes. Being a Tribe admin is a responsibility to be taken seriously. Admin are responsible to moderate the tribe and ensure that it is following all rules, staying on topic, creating interactive posts that keep the conversation going, creating activities and events, and generally keeping members active and engaged. For this reason members can be an active admin in only 2 tribes whether they be public or private or a mix of the two.
3. Private Tribes Owners may also elect to upgrade to a paid private group and charge a fee for membership in their tribe. The application will take you through all your options and associated fees.
